There are lots of simple ways to add cancer prevention to your life,
- Use more Spices, like Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cloves, Garlic, Cayenne, Parsley, Dill, Mustard, Nutmeg, Ginger, etc. Spices are concentrated powerhouses of nutrition, as well as tasting great.
- Eat more foods that are brightly coloured. Eating foods from the rainbow, provide Phytochemicals
- Eat smaller meals containing more nutrient dense foods, less white flour products, less sugar, more vegetables, whole grains, more fiber.
- Read the labels on your food and drink before buying and consuming them.
- Stay away from white sugar, white flour, chemicals you can't pronounce, artificial sweeteners, switch to Stevia, coconut sugar, honey etc.
- Stay away from processed meats containing Nitrates; there is a direct link from processed meats containing Nitrates and colon cancer.
- Use natural body care products, household cleaners, room sprays and garden care products.
- Use a natural deodorant, this is one way to prevent breast cancer.
- Get regular exercise, even a short walk, get up and dance while you watch Netflix, etc. Just fit in some activity daily.
- Look at your emotions and what triggers you.
