So how do we know if we are deficient is a vitamin or a mineral? There are many signs that our body is telling us, this short blog will talk about some of them.
Magnesium is deficient in a huge percentage of the population, some say upwards of 95%. Some signs of lacking Magnesium are:
- Sensitive to noise
- Craving chocolate
- Migraines
- Muscle cramps, tightness, spasms, weakness
- Sensitive teeth

- Insomnia
- Irregular heartbeats, high blood pressure
- Diabetes, Insulin resistance
Zinc is another mineral that can often be deficient; some signs you are lacking Zinc are:

- Reproductive/infertility issues in men and women
- Proper growth in children
- Problems with nails and hair
