Our bodies produce cancer cells all the time, it's our immune system that needs to recognize and deal with the abnormal cells. Here are some simple tips to reduce your child's risk of cancer.
- Get them away from electronic screens (phones, iPads, TV, computers etc.); monitor their time spent with these devices, only 1-2 hours a day.
- Do not use wireless earbuds, they produce very high radiation; keep your child away from the Modem. Use the speaker on the cell phone, instead of holding it close to their head.
- Live further away from the electrical 5g towers, at least 1/2 km or further.
- Cut back on the sugars, especially HFCS (high fructose corn syrup)
- Read the labels before you buy; look for artificial colours, BHA, MSG, Aspartame, Nitrates, and other chemicals you can't pronounce.
- Read the labels on the body care products, room sprays and cleaners you use in the home; look for companies that make natural products, or at least semi-natural.
- Make sure your child gets fruits, vegetables, whole grains; feed them the colours of the rainbow; provide a few choices, let them decide which colour they will choose to eat each day, etc.
- Let them help you grow a garden, or just food in a planter; they are more likely to eat it.
- Get them outside in Nature, to get some exercise and fresh air.
- Make sure to help them express their emotions in a healthy way; anger, sadness, frustration; when we hold emotions in, this can create cancer later on.
- Give them clean, pure water to drink, not pop, energy drinks, colas, and other artificial drinks. If they don't like water, put a bit of natural juice, or a squeeze of lemon, or just drink some water with your child.
